¿Qué tengo que llevar?
Prepárate para facilitar tu historial médico o quirúrgico previo. Si los tienes y si son relevantes trae informes de escáner/RNM, y lista de medicación.
¿Cuántas visitas necesitaré?
El número de tratamientos variará en función del problema y de la persona. Tras una evaluación exhaustiva, el fisioterapeuta comentará su plan de tratamiento para el proceso de rehabilitación.
¿Qué debo llevar a mi cita?
Lleva ropa cómoda que permita al quiropráctico acceder y examinar fácilmente las zonas afectadas.
¿Tengo que ser remitido por un médico?
No, los quiroprácticos pueden evaluar y tratar sin remisión de un médico. Sin embargo, la mayoría de las aseguradoras médicas exigen la remisión de un médico antes de autorizar la cobertura de los honorarios. Algunos sólo requieren una llamada telefónica.
